Meguiar’s Hybrid Ceramic Wax (G190526) is a 26 oz SiO2 hybrid spray that makes the weakest durability claim of any product in this database: none.
The manufacturer copy says protection and durability “well beyond conventional wax” and extreme water beading. There is no month figure on the US page we checked and none on the European pages either. Because there is no numeric claim, there is also nothing for a second Meguiar’s page to contradict.
That is the editorial point. Chemical Guys and Shine Armor publish twelve-month claims for sprays in this class. Meguiar’s, which sits inside 3M’s automotive aftermarket division, publishes a comparison to wax and stops there. If you are choosing a bottle by the number on the label, this one will look weak. If you are choosing by whether the number was invented, it looks stronger than most of the competition.
Safety documentation exists for the SKU. We cite a Meguiar’s-hosted regional SDS because the US site was unreliable during research; the sheet itself identifies Meguiar’s, Inc. in Irvine, California. No test method or dataset is published behind any performance claim, and no SiO2 percentage appears in the marketing copy.
