Adam’s Graphene Ceramic Coating is their consumer-applied bottle coating, not CS3. The page title and bullets say 7+ years of protection and “>10H Hardness,” introduced as verified.
Verified against what is not stated. No lab is named, no pencil-hardness standard is cited, and the pencil scale ends at 9H — so “>10H” is not a better score on that scale, it is a number outside it. The same page’s Common Sense Warning then calls the product a semi-permanent ceramic coating, which is a fair description and a much more modest one than seven-plus years.
What backs the claim commercially is Adam’s 110% satisfaction guarantee: refund plus ten percent within 90 days, first purchase of that product, one per household. That is a generous returns policy. It is not a durability warranty for year four.
Credit where it is due: their FAQ says the UV-reactive dye is an application aid and that lack of glow does not mean lack of coating, and they state plainly that graphene alone will not form a coating. We make a graphene product, and that chemistry note is more honest than most of the category’s marketing.
