CarPro publishes the most specific durability figure of any coating brand we researched, and it is also one of the most modest. Those two things usually go together.
Background
Established in 2009. The only office named anywhere on their site is CarPro Korea in Suncheon, Jeonnam, so no global headquarters is published here. A CarPro-authored safety data sheet naming a Maltese entity circulates on third-party hosts, but since we could not reach a copy on CarPro’s own domain we are not treating that as the company’s statement of its own legal name.
The CQuartz range splits by channel: CQuartz UK 3.0 is described as their most refined consumer-grade coating, while CQuartz Finest Reserve is engineered exclusively for certified installers.
One practical note if you are searching: carpro.global is the brand. The similarly named carpro.com is an unrelated car-buying service, and carpro-us.com is a distributor.
An unusually careful durability claim
For CQuartz UK 3.0: “we stand by our ethos of under-promising and over-delivering, so our real-world durability claim for CQ.UK 3.0 is 18-24 months.”
That sentence does three things almost nobody else here does. It names a bounded range rather than an “up to” ceiling. It labels the figure as real-world rather than laboratory. And it states the policy that produced the number, which invites you to hold them to it.
It is still a claim, not a measurement — there is no method or dataset behind it, and CarPro publishes none. But a bounded real-world range is a materially more falsifiable claim than “up to twelve months”, and it is worth saying so.
Where their own figures disagree
Minor, and we record it because consistency is the whole test. The same product page gives the coating’s chemical resistance as pH 3–14 in the opening paragraph and pH 3–13 in the key features list a few lines later.
Two gaps
No safety data sheet anywhere on their own site, which we checked link by link. And no hardness claim at all — no 9H, no pencil test, nothing. Given three brands in this database claim hardness beyond the top of that scale, declining to play is a point in CarPro’s favour.
The warranty is real and registered per vehicle, but its terms sit behind an installer login, so we cannot tell you what it covers.

These are not our measurements. Each row is a figure the brand publishes about itself, with the page it appeared on and the date we read it. We are not adjudicating which one is correct — the useful observation is that a specification with several published values was asserted rather than measured.

How we checked: We enumerated every link on the homepage, the media and downloads pages, and each coating product page looking for a safety data sheet. None exists on carpro.global. A CarPro-authored sheet naming a Malta entity circulates elsewhere, but only third-party copies were reachable so we are not citing it as the company’s own. A warranty exists and is registered per vehicle, but the terms page is behind a login, so what it covers and what voids it are unknown to us. Assessed August 10, 2026.
